I help moms discover the space and time to find themselves again.

 

As a mom coach and Fair Play Method facilitator, my mission is to help women, along with their partners and workplaces, recognize the toll that invisible labor is taking on our society. Right now, moms are overwhelmed, exhausted and experiencing burnout. By establishing a new value system, where time spent in a caregiving capacity is just as important as time spent earning a paycheck, we can begin to build a new life at home, and beyond, where partners are engaged and women are thriving in their lives, as the interesting and interested individuals they are meant to be.

 
 

What is the Fair Play Method?

The Fair Play Method (FPM) is a system designed to help couples rebalance household tasks in a way that benefits EVERYONE in the home. FPM is set up as a game with a deck of cards where “winning” means establishing harmony in the home, reigniting your relationship with your partner, and reclaiming time to pursue what lights you up.

 

Who is Fair Play right for?

This system will benefit anyone who is in a domestic partnership. In every relationship there is imbalance and inequity and so often it has occurred over time and without intention. To be clear this is about accountability and NOT blame and shame. We all play a role in perpetuating this and we can all play a role in fixing it.
